Looking for an experienced Office Manager with IT experience and skills: Job Title: Office Manager (IT Focus) Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong IT skills to oversee the administrative and technical operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless IT operations, and providing technical support to staff. Key Responsibilities: Administrative: 1. Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships. 2. Coordinate internal projects, arrangements, meetings, and events. 3. Maintain accurate records and databases. IT: 1. Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. 2. Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. 3. Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security measures. Additional: 1. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. 2. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 3. Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role in IT environments 2. Strong IT skills, including hardware, software, and network management. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , excel and Google Workspace. 4. Experience with IT service management tools and help desk software. 5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. IT certifications and experience (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL). 2.
