- Reliable transport and valid licenseExperience:
- Min 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills a must
- Excellent communication skills
- This position is a remote opportunity however the position will involve travelling for meetings etc.Responsibilities include:
- Manage Outlook mailboxes - Flag and respond where necessary
- Manage claims, expenditure and accommodation and travel bookings
- Actively manage diary
- Assist in preparing quotations etc.
