Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily F&B operations across lodge dining venues and bar Supervise and support front-of-house service teams Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service in line with 5-star expectations Coordinate with kitchen and lodge management to ensure smooth service delivery Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist with ordering Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards Train and mentor junior team members Professionally handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues Requirements:
23 years experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star F&B environment Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent understanding of food service, wines, and premium guest etiquette Ability to lead under pressure and ensure attention to detail Relevant hospitality qualification advantageous Previous lodge experience highly beneficial Salary and Benefits:
