As a HR Manager you will responsible for the following:
Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and business objectives. Oversee talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent across all departments. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction. Advise and support managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Monitor and improve employee performance through training, coaching, and development programs. Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues and ensure harmonious working relations.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience as an HR Manager.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR-related certifications or professional memberships will be advantageous.
