Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our technical products and services to prospective clients, while providing expert advice and solutions to meet their business needs. You will work closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Present and demonstrate technical products to clients, explaining their features, benefits, and functionality.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
    • Understand and communicate the technical features and advantages of products and services.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions for clients.
    • Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and other sales documents, ensuring they meet both technical and commercial requirements.

      Customer Support:

      • Provide pre-sales support, including answering technical questions and addressing customer concerns.
      • Offer after-sales support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team.

        Market Analysis & Reporting:

        • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
        • Gather and report feedback from customers to improve products and services.
        • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

          Required Skills & Qualifications:

          Education: Matric

          Experience:

          • Proven experience in technical sales (at least 2-3 years).
          • Strong understanding of (Leaser machines, Colour machines, CNC machines).
          • Experience with CRM/ SAP and sales tracking tools.
