Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through proactive outbound cold calls Engage decision-makers in strategic conversations to understand their business needs Identify and qualify sales opportunities by analysing customer pain points, contractual obligations, and willingness to change Build and maintain strong relationships to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline Handle objections and rejections professionally Meet and exceed call and appointment targets Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and provide call insights Manage meeting schedules and CRM records accurately
Requirements
Proven B2B telemarketing or telesales experience Excellent phone manner and rapport-building skills Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Resilient and results-driven with a strong work ethic Ability to understand and discuss contractual agreements Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets Experience in managed print and telecoms industries is advantageous
