Fluent in German (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (written and spoken). Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or retail is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Ability to multitask and use multiple systems efficiently. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier customer support via email, live chat, and phone in German and English. Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product details, shipping, returns, and refunds. Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions. Process and track orders while coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary. Support the team in optimising customer service processes and improving customer experience.What We Offer:
