What Youll Be Doing:
Provide daily operational support for the Cellwize Edgewize SON platform, ensuring seamless network performance. Manage data loading, provisioning of network plans, and system configurations to optimize efficiency. Monitor and maintain platform stability, proactively identifying and resolving performance issues. Troubleshoot and resolve system or service-related incidents, ensuring minimal network disruption. Collaborate with technical teams to enhance automation and streamline operations.What Were Looking For:
Proven hands-on experience with Cellwize Edgewize SON operations and network optimization. Strong Linux proficiency, with expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and system administration. Experience with scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, Ansible) is a strong plus. Ability to work independently in a high-paced, remote telecom environment.
