Our client is currently seeking a Senior Software Developer specializing in Node.js for their Offices nationally. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cloud solutions, with a focus on back-end Node.js development using modern frameworks and technologies.
Requirements:
You have completed a relevant degree or diploma (Honours or postgrad preferred) or have comparable practical experience A minimum of 8 or more years experience building custom web-based applications Design Patterns Knowledge of SOLID Principles & Design Patterns Understands and have working experience with Git Source Control Have experience with Node.JS and Nest.JS Have experience with Agile & Test-Driven Development experience Have experience with building search systems at scale. Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript SQL and how to write high-performance queries Understand Docker, Kubernetes, Bash You have expertise in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Responsibilities:
Technical architectural design Develop and document design, source code and technical architecture Maintain and manage existing source code Design, develop and implement solutions to users needs and requirements Review and improve code Run tests and fix bugs Coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities Develop technical solutions to complex business problems Design and develop technical solutions for enterprise-level projects Design and develop data analysis solutions
