Minimum requirements:
Matric and/or any relevant Qualification in Hospitality will be advantageous 5 Years of experience in a Management role Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge or similar setting Food and Beverage experience, menu planning and presentation, costing and wine knowledge Flexibility to live on-site and work irregular hours as needed Couple will be responsible for the maintenance, administration and overall management for the lodge Valid drivers license and own transportation
