Key Responsibilities:Greet and check in guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Manage guest check-outs and ensure accurate billing. Handle guest requests and inquiries, offering assistance as needed (e.g., room preferences, local information). Maintain and update guest reservations and room availability. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Process payments and assist with billing inquiries. Ensure the front desk area is organized, welcoming, and stocked with necessary supplies. Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of lodge facilities, activities, and events to assist guests effectively. Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding guest service. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in busy or challenging situations. Professional appearance and demeanor. A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of local area attractions and activities is an advantage.
