Requirements:
- Matric with relevant qualification

- Minimum 10 years working experience within HR/IR role Duties:
- General Staff Management
- Training and Development
- Onboarding and Terminations
- KPI management
- Recruitment and Selection
- Business compliance in accordance with the BCEA
- Oversee all disciplinary proceedings and advise management on Industrial Relations issues in accordance with the Labour Relations Act
- Manage all grievance and disciplinary procedures and represent the business at the CCMA
- Support and guidance to Staff and Management on all Payroll related queries
- Monthly and quarterly HR reports
- Oversee Reward and recognition programs
- Manage and control the HR budget
- Payroll
