Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Employee Experience
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent. Oversee a seamless onboarding experience to set new hires up for success. Manage the probation process, ensuring alignment with performance expectations. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee contract management, job design, and role evaluations. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices. Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and analytics for strategic decision-making. Performance & Employee Relations
Lead performance management processes, supporting leadership in driving high performance. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, best practices, and labor law compliance. Training & Development
Design and implement learning and development programs that support career growth. Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Employment Equity & B-BBEE
Ensure compliance with Employment Equity and B-BBEE requirements. Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Offboarding & Transitions
Oversee exit interviews and employee offboarding processes. Analyze turnover trends and provide strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Experience with B-BBEE and Employment Equity implementation. Proven ability to manage employee relations, ta
