We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist in our JHB branch to be the first point of contact for our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization
- Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Matric
- A tertiary qualification is considered an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
