They are currently seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join their Johannesburg branch and serve as the first point of contact for the office. Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front office role
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
