They are currently seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join their Johannesburg branch and serve as the first point of contact for the office. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • A tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front office role
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
