What Youll Be Responsible For:Full kitchen leadership operations, planning, and team development Menu design aligned with seasonal produce and guest preferences High-level stock control, costings, supplier relationships Quality assurance across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bush events & private dining Training and mentoring of junior chefs to uphold 5-star standards Collaborating with FOH and lodge management on guest experiences What Were Looking For:
5+ years in a senior chef role within luxury lodges or upmarket restaurants Deep understanding of fine dining, flavour profiling, and plating aesthetics Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Passion for South African ingredients and international culinary trends Calm under pressure, highly professional, hands-on approach Whats On Offer:
