Key Responsibilities:Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen brigade to deliver consistent 5-star culinary experiences. Plan, design, and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and the latest trends. Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and sustainability. Oversee training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold health & safety standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years experience in senior chef roles, including Head Chef or Executive Chef positions. Proven background in small to medium-sized luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of international and local cuisine, menu design, and food trends. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and attention to detail. Relevant culinary qualifications and a track record of excellence in high-end hospitality environments. What We Offer:
