Engineering Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the manufacturing engineering team, offering mentorship, training, and development opportunities to support their success and growth. Process Optimization: Develop and refine manufacturing processes to maximize production efficiency, quality, and safety, ensuring alignment with company goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to bring new products and processes to life. Continuous Improvement: Champion lean manufacturing principles and lead initiatives to improve productivity, minimize waste, and elevate overall operational performance. Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor production metrics and data to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and implement effective corrective actions. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe and environmentally friendly workplace. Technology Integration: Oversee the adoption of new technologies, automation systems, and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities and improve efficiency. Budget Management: Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Supplier & Vendor Relations: Collaborate with external suppliers to evaluate and source new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve processes and reduce costs. Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and drive process optimization.
