Our client in the Automation industry is looking for a Sales and Accounting Administrator to join their team.Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years experience in finance, internal sales, or customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Sage experience beneficial. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Interest or experience in automation, engineering, or technical sales is a plus, Key Responsibilities:
Review, capture, and reconcile supplier invoices and statements. Monitor overdue customer accounts and assist with debt recovery. Track weekly sales targets and support monthly management pack preparation. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Assist during audits by providing relevant documentation. Handle inbound sales inquiries and build client relationships. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. Process sales orders and maintain CRM system accuracy. Support external sales teams with administrative tasks and lead generation. Stay informed about products, pricing, and industry trends.
