Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
LLB or equivalent law degree. Proven experience as a legal advisor or in-house counsel. Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
Strong knowledge of corporate law and business regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle complex legal issues.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance to company management and staff. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws. Manage and mitigate legal risks for the organization.
