Connect Office Solutions a leader in the Office Automation; Connectivity and Telecommunications industry,
hereby invites all dynamic candidates to apply for the position of Service Controller in Ladysmith.
Duties and Responsibilities includes:
Log and process service calls
Deal with customer queries
Identifying correct fault diagnosis
Accurately load information on the system
Data capturing
Processing quotations and invoices
Coordinate technicians
Document filing
Booking installations for technicians
Constant communication with the technicians
Liaise with suppliers
Liaise with clients
Liaise with the directors
Create purchase orders
Run day to day duties of the office
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Work Experience and Skills:
Experience in a Customer Service or banking environment will be an advantage
Grade 12/Matric qualification
Strong in Microsoft word & excel and corel draw will be to your advantage
Must have OA/Telecoms industry experience
Must have exceptional Telephone and email etiquette
Speed and accuracy in typing as calls are logged
Timeous handing of administrative duties & completion of work
Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in both English, Afrikaans and Zulu.
Good time management skills
