Key Responsibilities:Manage all restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences Maintain and uphold service standards, ensuring consistency across all shifts Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate menus, specials, and guest preferences Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle any service recovery with professionalism Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier management Drive revenue growth through upselling and excellent customer engagement Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or fine-dining environment Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound understanding of restaurant financials, including budgets and cost control Exceptional attention to detail and passion for hospitality We Offer:
