      Job Purpose
      The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily execution of housekeeping and maintenance operations, ensuring seamless coordination between housekeepers, maintenance staff, and the Guest Experience team. This role is key to ensuring properties are consistently guest-ready through efficient scheduling, real-time problem-solving, and proactive asset and key management.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with the Property Management, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and Linen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
      • Manage and adjust the daily housekeeping schedule in real time
      • Troubleshoot issues and provide on-the-ground support to Housekeepers
      • Coordinate with the Guest Experience team to meet last-minute guest needs and ensure properties are guest-ready
      • Track and schedule maintenance tasks and follow through on their completion
      • Manage key allocation and retrieval for staff, guests, and contractors
      • Oversee the distribution and return of property assets and equipment
      • Coordinate transport logistics (e.g. Uber) for Housekeepers to ensure timely arrival at properties

        • Comfortable multitasking and performing under pressure
        • Strong communicator with quick and clear verbal and written communication skills
        • Proactive, autonomous, and highly organised
        • Tech-savvy and adaptable to changing systems and tools
        • Flexible with working hours, including weekends on a rotational basis
        • Previous experience in fast-paced, high-autonomy operational roles
