Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide post sales service advise to Makro consumers. Assist customers with installation services for TV, Multimedia, IT, Appliances, Gas, Aircon, Plumbing, Outdoor product assembly, etc. Assist customers with product information. Recommend best post sales solution to customers based on their purchase from Makro. In store training to Makro sales staff on various services offered.Desired Experience and Qualifications Must have proven and successful track record on reaching sales targets. Must be prepared to work retail hours. Candidates with knowledge of consumer electronics and appliance products will be given preference on their application. Candidates MUST speak ENGLISH clearly, read and write. Candidates must have a passion for sales with good people skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary and Remuneration
Basic Salary: From R5,600
Commission: R2,000 - R25,000+ per month
