- Financial Leadership Oversee all operational finance functions, including reporting, tax, audits, and cash flow management.
- Process Optimisation Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Strategic Planning Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capex planning to support business growth.
- Systems & Controls Ensure ERP and BI systems deliver accurate, timely data for decision-making.
- Team Development Mentor and guide finance and admin teams to achieve peak performance.
Qualifications: â?? CA(SA)/CIMA/MBA with 6-9 years of finance leadership experience
â?? Proven success in process improvement and internal controls
â?? Strong ERP/BI systems expertise and advanced financial modeling skills
