- Negotiating and managing contracts with service providers and contractors
- Inspecting facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating and managing renovations, upgrades, and refurbishments
- Planning and overseeing maintenance schedules and repair work
- Conducting routine property and safety inspections
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Acting as liaison with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
