A highly skilled and proactive Operations Manager to take charge of the daily operations, safety, and upkeep of our property portfolio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strategic thinking, practical know-how, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operational activities across all properties
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with service providers and contractors
  • Inspecting facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating and managing renovations, upgrades, and refurbishments
  • Planning and overseeing maintenance schedules and repair work
  • Conducting routine property and safety inspections
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Acting as liaison with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
