Essential Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) Experience in setting up and maintaining monitoring solutions Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure) Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes Awareness of security best practices Advantageous Skills:
Windchill and Grafana experience Agile development environment experience Excellent document writing skills German speaking/base understanding Strong communication skills Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Application User Support and Incident Management Relevant IT qualifications (e.g., scripting languages, operating systems, database administration) ITIL certification IT Operations processes & systems Roles and Responsibilities:
IT Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis: Manage IT problem investigations and implement corrective measures Analyze IT incident trend data and eliminate root causes Diagnose new incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence Process Improvement and Change Management: Lead process improvement and change management activities Plan and execute projects with minimal disruption to business operations Identify necessary changes in software applications and systems IT Operations Optimization: Provide technical guidance for information systems operations Monitor operating systems and recommend improvements Plan and recommend system modifications to increase capacity and efficiency Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop communication plans for organizational readiness Act as a change agent to implement best practices Documentation and Collaboration: Prepare system/technical documentation (ISO standards) Collaborate with feature teams in Sprint & refinement reviews Support system administrator tasks and end-user support Understand and interpret business needs for successful implementation Soft Skills:
Ability to work interdependently and deliver high-quality results on time Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication High ethical standards Flexibility to take on different tasks Willingness to coach and train colleagues Ability
