- Project management skills
- Provider steering experience (Mobile network operators, support provider)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Solid understanding of mobile network technologies (4G, 5G, NB-IoT, SMS, SIM Subscription Management)
- Good overall IT infrastructure technology understanding
