Description:
Minimum requirements:Matric Certificate in Payroll / Human Resources or a related field Must have 2-3 years experience working as a Payroll and HR Clerk Psiber System or similar Payroll System is advantageous ERS Bio or similar T&A System is advantageous Excellent knowledge of all acts pertaining to Employment including but not limited to the UIF, LRA, BCEA, EE, COID acts First point of contact for all HR related queries Preparation of Evidence file for CCMA cases. Assist with all Payroll related duties Ensure ERS Bio system and Psiber system accurately match for all payment, deduction and leave types Accurately load wages and salaries to Netcash Setup ESS for all new and assist all current staff with queries Daily exception report updates Implementation and Training for all new and existing employees
