Minimum requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field Proficient in MS Excel, VIP Payroll, Sage Payroll or similar payroll systems 5 Years' in HR management, with strong experience in industrial relations and disciplinary hearings In-depth understanding of labour laws, dispute resolution, and CCMA procedures Proven ability to handle full HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations Experience in conducting disciplinary hearings, grievance procedures, and handling disputes Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
