- Oversee full finance function : budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk
- Present strategic financial insights at Board level
- Drive business performance in partnership with C-Suite
- Lead HR function , including people strategy and negotiation oversight
- Ensure sound corporate governance and sustainable financial practices
- Influence and support decision-making across the organization
Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CFO or FD role
- Proven Board Reporting and executive-level communication skills
- Experience within a product-driven environment (not Financial Services)
- Strong leadership in Finance, HR, and operational strategy
- Skilled in negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and compliance
- Passion for performance, empowerment, and excellence
