- Full ownership of the finance and risk function , with strategic oversight
- Lead executive-level reporting and financial planning , including board engagement
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape business direction and ensure sustainability
- Provide commercial insight and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to elevate business performance
- Oversee broader operational and HR-related responsibilities as required
Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) qualification
- Minimum 5 years in a CFO or Executive-level financial leadership role
- Deep experience in board reporting, corporate governance, and strategic finance
