They’re disrupting the traditional sales approach in the financial and precious metals space — and now, they’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take client engagement to the next level.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and WhatsApp using smart lead generation tools.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with prospects through engaging, confident communication.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess interest and fit, ensuring only quality appointments reach the internal team.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings for senior consultants, keeping schedules organized and efficient.
  • CRM Management: Maintain clean and accurate client records using internal systems.
  • Quote Support: Assist in preparing client estimates with guidance from the team.
  • Follow-Up & Coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups, manage documents, and handle post-meeting tasks including review requests.
  • Professional Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador in all communications — first impressions matter!
