What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and WhatsApp using smart lead generation tools.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with prospects through engaging, confident communication.
- Lead Qualification: Assess interest and fit, ensuring only quality appointments reach the internal team.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings for senior consultants, keeping schedules organized and efficient.
- CRM Management: Maintain clean and accurate client records using internal systems.
- Quote Support: Assist in preparing client estimates with guidance from the team.
- Follow-Up & Coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups, manage documents, and handle post-meeting tasks including review requests.
- Professional Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador in all communications — first impressions matter!
