Guest Services:Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff.Create work schedules and manage team performance.Operations Oversight:Oversee daily lodge operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.Financial Management:Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage bookings.Prepare financial reports and ensure profitability.Marketing and Sales:Promote the lodge through various marketing channels.Collaborate with travel agents and tourism boards to increase occupancy.Inventory and Supplies:Manage ordering and stock of lodge supplies (linen, food, cleaning products, etc.).Compliance:Ensure the lodge adheres to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
