Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including technical, operational, and administrative roles
- Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and attract top talent in the industry
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job description
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, interviews and background checks
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes and keep all Trackers up to date
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment processMinimum requirements:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn. Pnet, Executive Placement and search techniques)
- In-depth understanding of the mining/ manufacturing sector preferred
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
