Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key clients across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Track service levels, payment cycles, credit notes, and write-offs.
- Drive accuracy in data integrity, estimate submissions, and reporting.
- Monitor lost business and red accounts; log call plans via MS Dynamics.
- Coordinate rate negotiations, customer training, and client satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and internal reporting protocols.
- Support tender processes and provide ad hoc reporting to management.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage risk across accounts.
- Present and implement new services, solutions, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date client documentation and oversee account updates.
- Deliver client SLA reporting, performance reviews, and executive business updates.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed BCom in Logistics (Post-graduate qualification advantageous)
- 8+ years' experience in freight forwarding and logistics
- Strong background in customer-facing roles
- Proficient in advanced Excel and MS Dynamics
- Proven experience working within the freight or logistics industry
