Description:
The responsible will service especially VIP clients for the Group.
In search of a typical Key Accounts Manager with at least 5 years experience in the medical scheme/managed care industry based in Cape Town, ideallly fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Responsible for executing the defined strategy to achieve the commercial objectives for Cape based accounts.

- Visit key stakeholders and DMUs:- organise meetings and role related activities;
- Networking for better accessibility and maintaining close relationships with customers;
- Analyze key accounts, identify customer challenges and opportunities;
- Develop and maintain a key account plan.
- Tasks and responsibilities are divided into strategic planning and account development (e.g. implementing a brand strategy and maintaining a cross-functional approach to accounts) on the one hand, and operational responsibilities on the other.
- Required - excellent communication and networking skills and, understanding the most effective way to approach account objectives in order to positively influence the business.
