You will be exposed to a broad range of HR actives and general office management. - Are a recent graduate with an HR-related degree
- Are able to multi-task and remain calm in a high-pressure, demanding environment
- Have outstanding communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Are able to take initiative, be self-motivated and proactive
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have an ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Are structured and organised with good time management skills
- Are computer literate and have experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Are a happy, quick, and willing learner
- Are creative and have a flair for coordinating events
You’re role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
To have a good understanding and knowledge of our company policies
Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include:
- Administration and coordination of all staff files
- Updating the company’s internal platform with employee details
Assisting with recruitment, which will include:
- Posting internal and external job adverts
- Screening CV’s and compiling candidate shortlists
- Setting up interviews
- Coordinating recruitment tests
- Reference and MIE background checks
- Drafting of offer letters
Other ad hoc HR duties
- One-week reviews
- Absence management
- Onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
- Coordinating social events; social corporate responsibility events and year-end functions
Reception duties:
- Office management and maintenance
- Dealing with external couriers
- Ordering supplies
- Liaising with all suppliers
