Description:
· Supervising and leading a skilled maintenance team.
· Overseeing the planning and execution of routine maintenance tasks.
· Managing equipment repairs and upgrades.
· Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
· Coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
· Budgeting and resource allocation for maintenance projects.
· Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in maintenance management.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Fluent in English (Ability to speak Zulu will be an advantage)
· In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
· Multi skilled in all aspects of maintenance, electrical, plumbing and mechanics.
· Budget management and resource allocation expertise.
· Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
· A commitment to safety and compliance.
· Hotel / Resort maintenance experience will be an advantage
