Hiring: Key Account Manager (Richards Bay) - TECHNICAL
Overview:
The Key Account Manager will drive business growth by securing new opportunities, closing sales for turnkey projects, machines, and services, and managing customer relationships to meet sales and EBITDA targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop business roadmap and target potential customers.
Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Act as interface between customers and internal teams.
Prepare technical/commercial offers and manage turnkey bids.
Conduct audits and follow up on proposals.
Regular reporting and CRM updates.
Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary Qualification (at least N.Dip. level) in either mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering fields - Not negotiable.
Technical or Project Management Qualification will be beneficial.
Education: technical (ideally mechanical) and commercial experience:
- Five (5) years’ customer facing experience - preferably in heavy industrial environment
- Knowledge oECL / Solios Equipment
- Proven customer relations
