Key Responsibilities:â?? Oversee branch service delivery, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
â?? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance service offerings.
â?? Drive business growth, retention, and profitability within the allocated portfolio.
â?? Lead process improvements to achieve service excellence and contractual compliance.
â?? Ensure compliance with QMS, Health & Safety, and financial management policies.
â?? Monitor employee productivity, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
â?? Manage budgets and financial controls to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements:â?? Education: National Diploma or Degree in Engineering Studies.
â?? Experience: 5-8 years in a leadership role within the services industry.
â?? Skills: Strong project management, financial management, and business acumen.
â?? Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planned maintenance systems.
â?? Licenses: Valid SA drivers license.
