Job Requirements
The employee will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Site inspections including monthly reporting and suggestion to repairs.
2. Reports on infringements and report back to the trustees on a weekly basis.
3. Sourcing of quotations for repairs to the common property
4. Access control of residents.
5. Movement control of residents.
6. Overseeing Cleaners completing tasks including weekly reporting
obtain from the cleaning company.
7. Signing off on contractor’s work completed.
8. Dealing with complaints and parking issues including weekly inspections
of illegal parking.
9. All filing and administration related to the efficient running of the office.10. 10. Writing and sending out warning letters and penalties related to the
infringement of the conduct rules.
