Key Responsibilities:As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Data Entry and Management:
Accurately entering data into PigChamp and PigTraq software systems. Maintaining up-to-date records of farm operations and livestock data. Invoice Processing and Coding:
Managing creditor and debtor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely processing. Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies where necessary. Feed Delivery Recording:
Capturing feed deliveries and recording feed truck weights. Monitoring feed inventory levels to ensure accurate reporting. Spreadsheet Management:
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for various farm operations. Performing reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across systems. General Administrative Support:
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support farm operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proven experience in office administration or a similar role (experience in agriculture is advantageous). Proficiency in using software systems like PigChamp, PigTraq, and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus but not mandatory.
