Salary: R28,000+/month (£1,200/month) + Commission for Upsells
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK Time)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute client social media strategies. You will be responsible for content creation, account management, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is creative, results-driven, and highly organized, with a deep understanding of the social media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content for clients across various platforms
- Oversee LinkedIn ghostwriting for clients and the agency
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-quality static and animated content, including video
- Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and campaign goals
Client Relationship Management
- Schedule and lead onboarding sessions with new clients
- Conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for social media clients
- Understand client goals and tailor strategies to meet their unique needs
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to broader business growth
Community & Performance Management
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to messages and comments in a timely manner
- Oversee the work of freelancers when needed, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
General Support
- Support the team with additional tasks related to social media and digital marketing initiatives
