Minimum requirements for the role:A bachelors degree in human resources, law, or a related field is essential. Company is happy to look at training a legal graduate with no experience into this role. If the person has internship experience that would be advantageous. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supporting HR operations within the company working closely with the MD of the company. Assisting in the implementation and administration of HR / business policies and procedures. Handling employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Supporting compliance with labour laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date documentation. Assisting in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs. Coordinating HR-related training sessions and workshops. Serving as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures. Supporting performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and maintaining records. Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and company-wide HR projects. Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety regulations. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
