Overseeing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to hiring decisions. Implementing onboarding & training programs to upskill employees. Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Driving performance management and setting clear employee growth objectives. Handling compensation, benefits & payroll administration. Ensuring labour law compliance and HR best practices. Developing talent & career progression plans for high-potential employees. Overseeing smooth offboarding for exiting employees.What Youll Need:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR systems, labour laws & best practices.
