HOD: Business Intelligence
As HOD: Business Intelligence you will be responsible for:
Excellent leadership Skills Organisational and planning skills, being able to prioritise workload. Data analysis Data-story telling Presentation creation Power BI proficient Strategic and analytical mindset Ability to use initiative, a self-starter. High attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence across the organisation and externally. Experience in reporting, data extraction, data mining, data modelling and predictive modelling essential. Exposure within the Medical Scheme administration environment would be an added advantage. What do you need:
Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree (Statistics, Actuarial, SQL, Data Science) Demonstrated ability to interact with business customers, gather requirements and deliver complete scalable and sustainable BI solutions 5+ years' experience within required fieldPlease note all successful applications will be contacted within two weeks of applying.
