Key Responsibilities:- To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers.
- Assist customers in understanding the companys products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels
- Generate sales opportunities and implement sales strategies for TEAM Automotive technology solutions.
- Engage in consultative selling and have a business solutions approach.
- Prospect and secure potential customers to achieve annual new business sales targets.
- Identify and close returnable packaging supply opportunities.
- Open new opportunities with Automotive OEMs and their supplier base currently doing or not doing business with the company
- Build a comprehensive understanding of Customer needs and requirements and communicate these accurately to the relevant HOD to assist with the value proposition, and solution adoption, change or development.
- Meet targets as per the annual sales budget.
- To research and gather appropriate information on target markets (Automotive) to qualified leads, plans and execute an effective sales approach.
- Able to cultivate strong multi-player relationships
- Prepare customized bid proposals and conduct bid presentations
- Contribute to and author marketing materials, customer RFI responses, proposals and quotes.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, conferences, and industry events.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work with the product development team to relay market feedback and ensure our digital ecosystem continues to meet and exceed market expectations.
- Keep informed of the Companys product/service offerings and industry conditions to enhance successful customer outcomes.
- Partner with the Key account management team and inter-company partners to implement best practices for implementing solutions and problem-solving.
- Interface and liaise with large key customers regularly.
- Prepare and report on the Companys monthly sales figures with full variance analysis.
- Responsible for timely follow up and on-going sales relationship with qualified clients in the automotive industry.
- Supervise and control resources effectively to support customer delivery requirements.
- Provide product expertise within the team and respond to queries.
- Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the business.
- Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure an effectiveness in resolving customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate sales, goals and develop long term partnerships with customers.
